RETURN & REFUND POLICY (60-Day Happiness Guarantee)
We stand behind PearlyPup with a 60-day happiness guarantee. If you and your dog aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@trypearlypup.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund of the purchase price.
- Window: 60 days from delivery.
- How: email info@trypearlypup.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through it.
- Opened tubs are fine. You don't need to send back a full, unused product to qualify, we know your dog has to actually try it. (We may ask you to return or dispose of remaining product.)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your request is approved, typically within [5–10] business days.
- Free bonus guides are yours to keep.
This policy and our 60-day guarantee are the same promise. There is no shorter return window elsewhere on the site.
